- Your Egypt tour starts with a warm welcome by our representative at Cairo International Airport and smooth transfers to the hotel. Later in the evening, savor a scrumptious dinner on board a Nile River cruise along with scintillating displays of folk dance and outstanding Cairo city views.
- Day 2: Saqqara, Grand Egyptian Museum, Pyramids of Giza & Sphinx:
- Visit the ancient wonders of Saqqara, home of the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the very first pyramid that was ever built, and then to the Grand Egyptian Museum, filled with interesting things of Ancient Egypt, such as the fantastic treasures of King Tutankhamun. According to the arranged pick-up time, you will be picked up from the hotel and transferred to the Nile cruise to enjoy a dinner cruise along the Nile in Cairo, replete with a delectable meal and great views of the river and city lights, thereby setting up a very urbane beginning to your time in Cairo.

Saqqara Necropolis tour
This trip permits one to visit one of the most symbolic places in Egypt: the fascinating Saqqara Necropolis. See the courtyard of the Step Pyramid, go inside the King Teti Pyramid, and admire the ingenious carvings in the tomb of Kagemni-this is a journey back in time.
Pyramids of Giza tour
Enjoy a three-hour guided tour, with three dramatic stops, and explore the wondrous Giza Pyramids and Sphinx. First, your tour will take you to the tremendous Great Pyramid of Cheops. After that, you will get a very good panoramic view of all three pyramids. This tour ends with a visit to the Valley Temple and the enigmatic Sphinx, where every twist makes vividly alive ancient history.

After having lunch at one of the local restaurants, you will go to the Grand Egyptian Museum; for two unforgettable hours, you will go on a guided tour among the most valuable treasures of great history within this museum.
Giza Day Tour Tips:
One has to be ready with light summer clothes if he plans to visit the Saqqara Necropolis and Pyramids of Giza. Do not forget to wear walking shoes and protection from the sun by putting on sunglasses and a hat. Do not also forget your camera or mobile phone in case you would want to take wonderful views. Photography is completely prohibited with professional cameras inside the Grand Egyptian Museum.

The Catacombs adventure.
You will go underground into the mysterious Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa: a jaw-dropping combination of ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman architectural styles. This underground wonder is completely covered with carvings and secret chambers that tell tales of an era gone by.
Bombay Pillar Visit.
From there, after seeing the Catacombs, one could head up to the major Roman structure that is Pompey's Pillar within Alexandria. This tall granite column is considered one of the biggest symbols of ancient history and an architectural marvel.
The Library of Alexandria
After the tour of the ancient temple from where Alexander the Great issued the directive to build that fantastic city, head to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the most beautiful modern tribute to the ancient Library of Alexandria. This marvelous piece of architecture houses millions of books and offers an enlightened look into the intellectual history of the world.
Note: The availability of visiting it is according to the opening schedule of the library, as it is closed every Friday and Saturday and on the official holidays; also, it is closed after 2:00 pm. For those reasons, the entrance fee is excluded.
The Quibay fortress Visit.
Next up is a tour of the Qaitbay Fortress in Alexandria, a 15th-century structure that stands along the Mediterranean coast and was built upon the very site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. This provides broad views and an excellent understanding of Egyptian maritime history.
Note: We will provide lunch after the fortress tour.
Your whole-day tour starts early in the morning with a flight to Luxor. In company with your guide, you will get to see some of the most famous attractions of the city: the breathtaking Valley of the Kings, the magnificent Hatshepsut Temple, the towering Colossi of Memnon, and the formidable Karnak and **Luxor Temples. Enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local restaurants, after which you'll head to the airport for your Cairo flight. The Valley of the Kings: Explore the Tombs of Pharaohs
You will come into the Valley of the Kings-an enormous necropolis for the great pharaohs of Egypt. Take the opportunity to visit three of the most impressive tombs from inside, except for King Tutankhamun, of course. See intricate carvings and colorful frescoes depicting the afterlife of ancient Egyptians.
The Magnificent Hatshepsut Temple: A Tribute to a Queen
You will be taken to the impressive Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, probably the most individualistic and bewildering building in Egypt. Carved out of the living rock to provide a monument to the only female pharaoh of Egypt, as part of the complex at Deir el-Bahari, its majestic terraces and the reliefs on them outline the history of Hatshepsut's reign and divinity.
The Colossi of Memnon: Majestic Photo Stop & Local Lunch
Photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon: Two gigantic statues that once stood in front of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Then, take great views of them and continue for a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, enjoying typical Egyptian dishes with all hospitality.
Karnak Open-Air Museum: A Journey Through Egypt’s Ancient Temples
You will be taken to the Karnak Open-Air Museum, among the very best temple complexes in Egypt. Your guidance on site will walk you through the great halls, towering columns, and massive obelisks of the temple complex to show you the history of the mighty pharaohs who built this holy place. Marvel at the carvings in exquisite detail and the grand architecture that truly makes Karnak a wonder of the ancient world.
Luxor temple visit.
Lastly, you will visit Luxor Temple, one of the dazzling structures in downtown Luxor, designed for the worship of the gods Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Enter its magnificent halls and admire the amazing columns while learning about fabulous history: from the time of its building under the rule of Amenhotep III to its meaning in ancient Egyptian rituals.
Please note, flight times to and from Luxor will be arranged based on availability. In case of late flights returning from Luxor, we can offer the option to extend your stay overnight in Luxor and fly back to Cairo the following morning. This way, your tour will seamlessly continue from Cairo Airport the next day, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
Travel back in time to the second chapter in the epic history of Egypt: Old Islamic and Coptic Cairo. Take a stroll around Coptic Cairo, which holds **three old churches** and a host of the oldest alleys that continued to tell stories about early Christianity in Egypt. Old Coptic Cairo Tour
Your first stop will be **Old Coptic Cairo**, where you will have an escorted tour of the Coptic period in Egypt. You'll see the miraculous Cavern Church, Egypt's famous Hanging Church, and Babylon Fortress; continue on to the beautiful St. George Church, visiting each one with its unique interpretation of this deep Christian heritage that exists across Egypt.
The Citadel and Alabaster Mosque tour
Next, you'll tour the fabulous Citadel of Saladin: within it, you'll catch a glimpse of the exceptional Alabaster Mosque. From here, you will be able to observe Cairo from above and appreciate all the greatness of this city from its height.

The last part of your trip invites you for a relaxed walk along the oldest street in Islamic Cairo, passing through one of the most important gates in the city. A walk down El-Mu'izz Street will give you great sightseeing of various points relating to Cairo's historical account, some great old buildings that are highly photogenic, and even some of the deeply rooted traditions of Cairo. One of the day's highlights will be a visit to the bustling Khan el Khalili Bazaar, full of life, colorfully decorated kiosks, and handicrafts from centuries ago.
